Impatience is not a virtue ? |
I will admit. I am impatient with the lack of responses from Democrats on many issues, such as the Sheehan anti-war marches, Social Security, the war in general, the huge deficits, pay raises for Congress, etc.. Am I wrong? Are the Democrats right in withholding fire this far from the election? Am I just too impatient for change? Am I too concerned about the direction we are going? The Democrats will strike when the time is right?

1. No, if we don't push nothing will happen. |
Or more correctly, things will continue as they are. Too many Dems are invested wholesale in the commoditization of our democracy, letting the corporations wield too much power. The working people need to push for a populist agenda, beneficial to the majority of the citizens, not the few.
