Where's Dick? ------->>> Running for President.

Where's Dick? He's campaigning for President. Why do you think they had to rig the machines?

President Dick Cheney?
Wednesday August 17, 3:11 pm ET
Bettors think Americans prepared to put Vice President in charge of the country

NEW YORK, NY, Aug. 17 /PRNewswire/ - Sportsbook.com says bettors are zeroing in on Vice President Cheney as the next American President. The world's largest online sportsbook and casino has seen a significant rise in wagering on Vice President Dick Cheney as the likely winner of the presidential race in 2008. Odds on Cheney have improved from 100-1, when betting on presidential candidates opened in May, to 20-1 currently.

The increase in betting activity comes in the wake of recent media coverage of Vice President Cheney's chances of winning the Republican nomination during the 2008 primaries. Washington Post journalist Bob Woodward said yesterday that it is 'highly likely' Cheney will take his shot at the White House. The Vice President is widely seen as the most powerful figure in George W. Bush's cabinet and the mastermind behind many of the administration's major policy initiatives.

15. They did a "likability" poll in October 2004 about the two tickets
And Cheney polled "more likable" than Kerry.

It went (from most likable to least likable):
Smirk
Edwards
Cheney
Kerry

So be careful what you wish for...

10. If Cheney runs, it will be to stop McCain from getting the nomination.
The PNAC crowd not only needs to win in 2008 to further their agenda, but also to stave off serious investigations of the bush presidency. A President McCain with a Dem congress probably wouldn't do either. Frist is damaged goods, and brother jeb is lacking in experience and gravitas to defeat McCain. Looks like PNAC has decided Cheney has the best chance to defeat McCain for the nomination. The general election, of course, will have to be stolen again.

11. I've always thought
It would be Cheney or Jeb Bush. This PNAC mafia has gone to such lengths to get the power they have established, they will not let it go after 8 years. There is the rest of the Middle East to conquer, and the voting machines are on their side.

Dastardly Dick? President of the United States of America? Leader of the free world?
:puke:
Say it ain't so. Please. What, is he getting an atomic-powered pacemaker? Or, do they just have to keep him alive long enough to let Vice President Rice takeover?
