Is it true all military leave has been cancelled after 9/7/05? |
|
There must be military families out there. Does anyone have military leave approved after 9/7/05??
If all military leave has been cancelled after 9/7/05, then that should speak volumes about the true military motives.

1. Followup: Anybody Coming Home From Iraq?? |
|
How many troops have come home in the last 60 days? Many are scheduled to return in October, but how many are saying they may be held back?

2. Well where did you get your info? |
|
As an ex Military it sounds like tinfoil. The word would get out about anything like this in a big way.

7. Your opinion is exactly what I was hoping to hear |
|
Some might get the wrong idea that I am pushing an agenda. Not so. I hope and pray this is not true, but I know to rely on those most likely to know the truth - military, their families and ex-military.
I am not looking for classified info, just trying to learn what I can from public sources and draw my own conclusions.

I haven't heard "all leave" but... |
|
I have been hearing a lot of people's leaves were cancelled. There has been a lot of rumor mill activity and posting on fora for military families about leaves getting cancelled around that time fueling this speculation and others.
There's some cancelled leave for a group of people all around that time, but it's unclear how widespread it is.

12. Okay, try a different approach, anyone have leave approved after that date |
|
It is like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle.
we need to put the individual pieces together to begin to see the big picture.
Anyone have their leave for this time period confirmed?

I suspect it'll be difficult to organize things well enough to figure it out, though

3. I believe someone asked the same question... |
|
... several days ago, and someone answered, no, they'd still had plans for leave after that date.
Don't know if that's changed.
Cheers.

I've been reading that scenario- of course some of it is definately true. But to what extent it all relates to a likely attack- who knows. Can you imagine being an Iranian- hearing this stuff about the BushInc. having plans drawn up to NUKE them, in the event of another large scale attack in the US? What does that even have to do with them? How could they not want to do something against Americans? the BushInc. is a giant hate and war mongering machine.

11. I remember hearing on a CNN scroll earlier this month |
|
that the Pentagon was planning to withdraw in the spring of 2006. In sync with the midterms of course just like going in was. We all know they were already bombing Iraq way before we were told publically and it was all a big show. So I wouldn't be surprised.

9. I heard on my local news (Jacksonville, FL) |
|
That troops that might have been able to come home will be kept in Iraq longer than expected and that others that were to ship out to Iraq in Sept and Oct will be shipped out early. No reason given, the news bunny just read her script as matter of fact.

10. Exactly what I suspected, |

Planted local news stories often assign non-suspicious reasons for facts that cannot be covered up.

He's not stationed in Iraq (yet :scared:), but so far, his leave hasn't been cancelled.
