The Ward Plan
Bernie Ward yelling that The Ward Plan is being discussed by Senators. It's his plan to get out of Iraq. Out by December '06 and the Iraqis have to take care of their own security. Dems could run on this platform and win elections.

He's now quoting Hagel on this - endorsing the plan. Feingold, also.

2. He was being somewhat tongue in cheek
He's been talking for months about the very plan that some senators are now talking about. So, he's elated because he always thought he was just being sensible.
