How will bush exploit the Four Year Anniversary of 9/11?
Edited on Fri Aug-19-05 08:22 AM by mopaul
what are the so called 'lessons' of 9/11 bush refers to? where the fuck is the so called perpetrator, bin laden? are we safer? will there be another horrific attack? how will bush exploit the 4 year anniversary of his greatest accomplishment? how will bush ever recapture those lofty approval numbers?

has the 9/11 effect worn off? did 9/11 change everything? was it ever proven without a doubt who did it? is the case closed like the 9/11 commission says? do you remember the horror vividly, or has it faded in your mind? how do you feel, four years later about it all?

5. Hi mopaul
My feelings are pretty much the same after the initial shock of 9/11, with the execption of how much more I dislike *. If it wasn't LIHOP or MIHOP, then he still used 9/11 for his own personal gain and that makes him a really sick bastard, in my book.

7. Oh, probably something like this . . .
New York, N.Y., 18 October 2003 — President George W. Bush, in an aggressive effort to reverse a recent slide in his approval ratings, today visited a New York fire station and announced that "the American people have defeated the threat and fear of fire," before donning a fireman's bunker coat and helmet and sliding down a brass pole.

"For many years,' the president stated, 'Americans have fought tirelessly against this capricious and destructive force both in their homes and in their workplaces. But today, I am proud to announce that the terrorist threat of fire is no longer a menace to the peace and security of the United States of America." The president spoke to an audience of campaign contributors at a lower Manhattan fire station specially prepared for his visit. A large red banner hung behind his podium, prominently displaying the message "Threat Extinguished."

10. Will it matter? The media will paint a turd to look like a Faberge egg.

I am sure it will be like it is every year. The Pukes will exploit New York and the deaths of thousands, all the while giving survivers Toby Keith's boot in the ass when nobody is looking. Congressional dems everywhere will be lining up to kiss said boot like it is the Pope's ring. Bush will probably dress up in some sort of get-up. He always looks like a monkey in whatever he wears. But there will be plenty of talk about how verile and studly he looks. There will probably be some sort of jump in his popularity, however slight, over which the Cable News WASP Cheerleader Corps will swoon and exagerate.

Edited because turd was mispelled as turn.

Freedom Walk organized by Rumsfeld?

Oh yes, a 2 mile walk culminating at the Mall in DC, food, party, and entertainment provided by Clint Black. Screened participants ONLY!

Morbid, isn't it? Throwing a party on the anniversary of the deaths of 3,000+ people and celebrating the suffering of so many families.
