1. Yes, but can we win?
With the way Bush has stacked the deck...err...courts, I don't think so. These black-robed thugs will just rule for Bush without even reading the transcripts or looking at the evidence, as if? he were paid off.

5. Under what cause of action?
Unfortunately, military personnel cannot sue the government or the president.

17. They can and have.
There where 5 John Doe military personel in Mass. facing deployment to Iraq that sued Bush. I forget what it was about. They didn't win. I wonder if they are still alive?

7. This administration has committed multiple counts of treason.
Edited on Sat Aug-20-05 02:43 AM by anarchy1999
We just need to throw them out. We need to demand that our Representative and Senators do it. It's pretty damned simple, we the people simply need to make it happen.

Hell, citizens of other countries are doing it. The world is watching us to see if "we" are.

Corruption, deceit, lies and treason are there for all to see. This administration is guilty of war crimes and high treason. THEY LIED TO US ALL!! Many thousands are dead, many thousand wounded and "we the people" will never in our lifetimes be able to pay for it all.

Peace,
and we better wake up and do something about it or else the rest of the world just might decide to do something about it, for us.

8. We might have had a chance for this
If * hadn't blocked the U.S. from signing onto the World Criminal Court.

He stopped us form doing that and now he feels he is immune from any prosecution from anyone at anytime.

10. well if one was to sue him it wouldn't go to the world criminal court
Edited on Sat Aug-20-05 03:10 AM by Catholic Sensation
because lawsuits never go to criminal court, they go to civil courts.

11. I didn't think about it that way
I was thinking that if charges were brought they would be of the "war crimes" or "crimes against humanity" variety which would put him in the docks at the WCC.

But you do bring up a good point.

12. well "we" the people can't bring those charges against him
however, if Bush cooked potatoes too hot, and some got on our infant, maybe we could hold him criminally negligent as was done to Chili's.

16. I'd "take one for the team" so to speak
but working for the greedy bastards that I do (Cumulus Broadcasting) I can't afford health insurance and have to pay cash for everything.

No telling when I'd get this thing to court with him.

But then desperate times DO call for desperate measures.

Thanks for the welcome. You are the first to say that.

Nice to meet you. :D

15. If you're talking about criminal action
when the Dems take Congress in 2007, I bet we will see an impeachment proceeding.

18. Forget Laws...
I say we take civil action against the Cabal. We are dealing with criminals here who may get us all killed. You all know they are a threat to the Republic. Is it not obvious. I say we have one massive march in September and force Congress to act on Impeachment ASAP!

19. Didn't the whole Monicagate explode thanks to
Paula Jones civil suit?

Hey, and nobody died.

Maybe Cindy could file a 'wrongful death' civil suit against the BushCO? We have proof they lied to go to war, I'm just sorry the Dem leaders haven't figured that out yet
