They have a contact point. First read the rules and find where this sort of thing is not allowed and then complain. Better yet, bid the dollar on it and buy it - then leave a negative feedback. You can never get rid of a negative feedback and he will always show a score of less than 100%. It will hurt him on every sale he ever tries to make in the future and in fact some people won't even sell to a buyer with ANY negative feedback.

thanking me for reporting the "offending listing" with promises that they would "check out the listing" and *IF* they find it is in violation, they will take appropriate action against the seller up to and including: "Removal of the offending auction" or "Suspension of the sellers account". But they also said they would NOT contact me further about my complaint. Since it is still up, I assume they decided the listing was OK. :grr:
