8. The smiley isn't quite complete though
It needs a mullet
a shotgun
a cheap pair of chinese shoes
a small Rolling Rock tee on a big hairy belly and
a sign that says GET A BRAIN - MORANS!

2. So lemme see if I got this correctly!
Ok, correct me where I am wrong if so--

ANALmart DOES sell:

Guns!
Beer & wine!
KKKathy Lee's sweatshop crap clothing!
AND NOW FULL BLOWN LIQUOR!

ANALmart DOES NOT sell:

Marilyn Manson CDs cuz they are SATANIC!
Howard Stern Private Parts soundtrack cuz, well, this one needs no explaination heheh!

Lu Cifer, well now, makes perfect cents to me!

6. Apparently the aspect of selling booze and guns in the same store
will be a big issue in some areas. But Wallyworld will just steam-roll the existing laws...

9. walmart has been selling liquor for years
Edited on Sat Aug-20-05 04:41 PM by pitohui
i wouldn't say their selection is on a par w. the other grocery stores but they've always had liquor around here

they even have that wicked french grey goose vodka

i picked up tanqueray one & ciroc vodka at wallyworld the other day which were clearly gift-packed leftovers from xmas 2004

some states don't allow grocery stores to sell hard liquor but where it is allowed, trust me, walmart is there w. bell's on, always has been

not sure when my walmart opened, mid 90s or so, how old is the article you're linking

on edit- yeah our walmart has both a sports dept. (sells guns) & a grocery store (w. liquor), never caused any problem

13. No date on the "walmart wine" from the Museum of Hoxes--other
articles dated 2005 (Beverage World) (no month given) and NWA News article dated 7/21/05. I'm not in WalMart enough to know they sell liquor in some stores. I don't think they can her in NC, as we have state liquor stores.

11. Where else can you buy Bibles and booze?
True one-stop shopping at Walwart. Pick up a copy of the Daily Bible and a bottle of McCormick vodka at your local Walwart.

just go against everything Walmart is about? I thought they were "family friendly" and proud of it?
