1. The problem with GOP comparisons to Vietnam
Their idiot base thinks that Vietnam was a swell idea and that they would have won if it had not been for anti-war protests.

6. Oh, surely not in this day and age! Viet Nam wasn't a swell idea if you
had slept through it. Wasn't then, isn't now. The Iraq War never had ANY credibility, in the absence of lies; not 9/11, not WMD, not SH as a terrorist threat...

VN was based on stupid ideology, not so much lies and greed, IMHO.
