picked up as an insurgent and imprisoned in Abu Garaib prison, and tortured to get the information "they know he has!"

13. He joins the Air National Guard, and finds out that the "president"
of the day, decided to send him and his aeroplane to Vietnam. He gets to take John McCain's place in the Hanoi Hilton. All this while having a mental time warp and remembering what Rove did to McCain in 2000... now that's a twilight zone I would stay up late for.

25. That's pretty close to what I was thinking...
George W. Bush regains consciousness and he is his father. It's the Second World War and he has been taken prisoner by the Japanese. His entire life turns out to be a sequence of hallucinations, including the part where he threw up on the Japanese Prime Minister's lap.

Bush's good friend Ronald Reagan is marching along side him on the muddy road.

"Hey, buddy, I'm glad your back," Reagan blurts out cheerfully. "We thought you was a goner!"

Bush grimaces and whispers, "Shut up, you fool, or these Japs will kill us all."

he has killed in Iraq. With nothing more than a shovel. Facing the consequences of his madness should keep the Chimp occupied for a couple of decades.

18. According to some belief systems, he'd get a "life review"
in which he'd directly experience all the effects of his words and actions, both the good and the bad. But for Bush, at least so far in his life (and he's shown no signs of changing), the bad effects would greatly outweigh the good, and he'd get to feel what it's like to be tortured or maimed or killed in Iraq, one experience at a time. He'd directly experience all the other suffering he's caused there and elsewhere, every bit of it. I have no idea whether these belief systems are right, but this sort of thing always struck me as more perfect justice than eternity (or X number of years) in a fire-and-brimstone hell. And according to those belief systems, no deathbed repentance or conversion can get you out of the life review, either -- you're going to understand completely, by experiencing it, just what effects you've had on others...

22. Groundhog Day. Over and over he will relive his most infamous
moments -- such as "mission accomplished" "bring 'em on" and "axis of evil." Each time he opens his eyes he will see the faces of the dead and know that they died needlessly. He will see their grieving family and friends trying to get on with their lives and also, even though he tries to hide them from his eyes, he will see all of the Iraqi's that his famous "shock and awe" annihilated, along with the innocents who are killed all over Iraq and Afghanistan just trying to get food at the market or walk to a neighors. His lies will choke him, he will feel the pain of each and every man, woman and child whose life has been changed forever by this contrived war. Every day, over and over, all of his lies will haunt him. The people will finally rise up. They chase him holding iron claws. He tries to run but his legs won't move. Just as he is about to take his last breath, the same day begins again. He cries out in horror as he realizes he is still the president; not of a country however, but of Hell and it is for all of eternity. Congratulations Mr. President; you sold your soul and for what? We'll never know. What's the going price for a human life? You, of all people, must know that.

Jut like in the Twilight Zone episode where the captain of the space ship refuses to leave because he will have to give up his power and is left behind. Alond. All by himself. On a distant planet. To fend for himself.

26. No one will care
* and his cronies thrive on the power and attention. So to expand on what Mz Pip suggested, the WORST thing that could happen to them is that people think that they don't matter. When he speaks, not only will people turn on QVC reruns, he will know about it and be powerless to do anything. The other punishment for them would be to turn to panhandlers but with the same egos, and again, people will ignore them. Just think of what happened in the movie Trading Places.
