2. You don't use chalk

You just draw the sign in the grime that accumulates on the glass or the metal.

Chalk is good for streets, but if you use it on buildings, it's usually considered vandalism.

3. Note: Do this only on windows. Drawing in dust on paint can scratch

the car and will piss folks off.
