Bush is at 36%, I just popped open a bottle of white and a bottle of red! |
|
The thing about Bush is that once a person realises that he lies about everything, there is no going back.
Today is a great day cause in the first time in 5 years the corporate media is reporting under 40% overall approval rating.
A toast to the 20's, teens and single didgits, may they get here quickly.

7. 29% of the people polled think the economy is getting better??? |
|
You can have different ethics, morals, and standards... but dammit are 29% of the public completely willing to overlook the raw facts?
Don't these people look in the mirror and say at least once..."DAMN I'M A FLAMING HYPOCRITE!"?

Those of the 29% are Mushroom Nationals (those who live in the dark and thrive on massive quantities of Bu$h*t!)

5. I'll join you in a toast, but it'll have to be later... |
|
too much to do today, still. I've done laundry, run a few miles on the treadmill, cleaned house, fixed dinner, and I still need to iron and run to the grocery store, etc. Gasp.
I hope by hte time Mike Malloy comes on around 9pm CDT, I can poor a glass of vegan wine and toast the ruination of Bush'* legacy.

From Veneto Italy, organic grapes, 2002. I've had it only once, and I drank a couple of glasses. I was amazed at how I didn't have to suffer because of nitrates (sulfites?). No hangover, just a little "dry" the next morning. Regular wine does a number on me, but I love it so much that I've been willing to suffer. Seems my suffering is over, except for the price (about $12 a bottle, I guess). I live in a relatively small city, but some friends have started bringing this stuff in. I'll post their website when they finish getting it built.

what a change on this site since early November, 2004...right after the Election,, it was a mixture of intense anger (even rage) and depression...much talk about moving to Canada or some other country,,,and in just 9 months - poll numbers at 36 % approval, Cindy Sheehan, Rove, DSM, a snowballing anti-war movement, a little more spine in both MSM and the Democratic party- the doom and gloom of November seems so far away now...
