a) Bush is going to get out there and repeat the same old crap. We already know he's not coming up with anything new. It's leftovers, again. And they're several months old. yech.

b) US troops are going to keep getting killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. We know that for sure. They've been dying on a steady basis.

So we know the outcome = he's losing support faster than a meteor.
