A driver is stuck in a traffic jam on the highway. Nothing is moving.

Suddenly a man knocks on the window. The driver rolls down his window and asks, "What happened?"

"Terrorists kidnapped President Bush and are asking for a $10 million ransom. Otherwise they are going to douse him with gasoline and set him on fire. We are going from car to car to take up a collection."

The driver asks, "How much have you collected so far?"

"About 25 gallons."

4. Like all good jokes, it has a bite, but isn't meant to harm. That's obvio

...and, given the price of gasoline, people would obviously make big sacrifices to be rid of Bush (by humane means, of course--the gaoline just stands for "GOOD-BYE!" or "Good riddance--thanks for nothing!"--or, "Poetic Justice"). (Guantanamo Bay maybe? With only a Koran and "My Pet Goat" to read for the rest of his life?)
