I'm not saying that is my position (it's not... I promise, Secret Service!), as I would rather see Bush be defeated and humiliated and serve out a long prison term.

But I'm honestly surprised that we haven't reached the point yet where some Americans are not openly calling for some violence to be done to the President. I mean, if you look at the major crimes he has committed against humanity, that would seem to cry out for such calls, not necessary for the a-word, but at least for a death sentence and firing squad.
