A possible problem with the Clark campaign and their fundraising |
|
NOTE: I am a Clark supporter. I'm also aware of how overblown fundraising mistakes can become.
This is from www.tray.com. It's a website contracted through the FEC to track campaign contributions.
There is a web site, people are reportedly collecting money, and he says he's a candidate for president... Although General Clark announced September 17th that he is running for President, he as not yet officially filed a statement of candidacy, which is required to be filed within fifteen days of raising or spending $5,000. He also has not designated or authorized a principal campaign committee to raise or spend funds. Questions may remain about early fundraising and it's relation to the official campaign.
Das ist nicht gut.

and then this. j/k. They are legally still within that time limit. I doubt they would screw up this bad. If they do screw up, it is only a fine (probably large).
