Kids never think of war and killing on their own. They are innocent. This is the LIE that they keep telling. And probably the same lie that the other side keeps telling their kids. Then this goes on and on. People need to teach their kids about peace.

3. I grew up in the aftermath of WW2, playing with the other kids ... |
|
... in the neighborhood in vacant lots with WW2 surplus dummy training rifles and 'pretend' munitions. In the winter, we built forts and played "war." In the summer, we built trenches and battlefields and played "war." I really don't even recall any other play activity we did nearly as much. The kids who had WW2 souvenirs to play with were the most envied. ("Gotcha!" "Did not!")

All these children of war, (the lucky ones anyway) will grow up.. They are the fighters of the future..just as our children are..
The idea that "we can fight 'them'...'there'...and be done with it.. is NONSENSE.. The children of the middle east , south asia, and africa are being trained to fight..they will fight each other, and yes..they will fight the 'westerners' who try to boss them around..
Our kids at least have the luxury of diversion..they have clean water, abundant food, entertainment, schools, ect.. Lots of children of the 3rd world have only war, hunger, thirst....

7. well, i see your point |
|
now that you have spelled it out beyond the graphic.
but it still falls into a sort of "be afraid" theme. we hear far too much of that these days. a graphic that shows people who care and are trying to make a difference could also be "the child of your enemy can be your friend."

8. A very compelling picture. So sad that children are |
|
being forced to endure war, anywhere.
God willing, each of those children will see adulthood.
