Obesity: Nurture or nature?
There is an obesity epidemic in this country and all I see are shows telling people to exercise and follow the food pyramid. While these things may work for some, they don't work for everyone.

The sheer fact that there is an epidemic suggests that there is a deeper problem beyond individual control that is at the root of the epidemic. I'm tired of the discrimination and finger pointing and think that more should be done on a national scale to address this issue, if it is such a huge national health problem. Until that happens, people should STFU with the blame and ridicule.
