Bush speaking in Iowa. Boy, that jaw grind just gets worse and worse. |
|
I'm thinking that it's Aderall or some other ADD medication. Although, I do remember seeing people jaw-grind from cocaine use.
Isn't this a recent thing? He hasn't always done this, has he?

daughter to preschool and I got back and he is still yapping.
How many times has he said "freedom" so far?

4. Is he cackling like he did in that 3rd debate? |
|
I know in that 3rd debate he was either rip-roaring drunk or shot full of some drug.

3. Don't tell me...it's breaking news! |
|
Up on all channels! :sarcasm:
(I've been turning off the TV till late afternoon lately. The CON media bias makes me genuinely sick to my stomach.)
What a waste of broadcast time if they are all airing it. They could just pop in a tape from the day before and push play; it wouldn't make a difference.
Bush is in the process of getting the Borg back on-line before heading back to the Oval Office.

so kind of "major policy" speech? is he getting ready to go postal? I bet the thought of a fifth of Jim Beam and a few lines sounds pretty good to him right about now

7. Are you suggesting he's returned from a vacation of drug binging? |
|
Maybe so. I wonder if any President has ever OD'ed.

9. he reminds me of Jeff Goldblum's character in "The Fly" remake |
|
As he's transforming into a giant insect, he twitches his jaw -- and eventually it falls off, revealing bug mandibles underneath.

12. Hmm... Haldol and Prozac cause bruxism, too... |
|
It's usually prescribed for psychotics, but also for Tourette's syndrome and is sometimes effective in mediating the early symptoms of Alzheimer's. I first noted the teeth grinding in 2003 or so.
Haldol lowers the threshold for seizure states (*cough* pretzel *cough*) as well as cause vertigo and syncope (dizziness and fainting), limb rigidity, dyskinesia among other neurological side effects have been noted in the lit, as well as some interesting behavioral side effects: Drowsiness, lethargy, stupor and catalepsy, confusion, restlessness, agitation, anxiety, euphoria, and exacerbation of psychotic symptoms, including hallucinations.
Tachycardia and other cardiovascular side effects have been noted, making me wonder if the "box" under the shirt is not an EKG shirt. Considering there have been rumors about psychotropics since at least 2003...
When coupled with the rapid blinking during the debates, which blinking is a sign of dyskenesia, tourette's, depression, and several other disorders....
Not saying that's what's going on, but I wish a reporter would ask....
