Rev. Jackson has just alerted me to a letter he sent to Kerry today regarding this potential withdrawal from the Ohio lawsuit. We published the letter in full at the request of Rev. Jackson at the above post. Please send your comments to that above blog link, as Rev. Jackson will be looking in to see how the grassroots respond. We will be collecting the feedback and sharing with with Kerry's council later next week.

I think they've been dragging their feet on these cases so they're nice and cold before they are heard.
