Her story confirms most of the things I'd suspected! I knew there was a big cover up in progress and I suspected that Maj. Gen. Geoffery Miller was the guy behind the dirty deeds. I knew the order came from the top.

EDIT: I think it was an attempt to get answers no matter what it took. The reason was political. They couldn't find Saddam or any WMD, so they quit playing by the book.
