How many crimes will Rove authorize/commit to keep out of jail?

So Rove is facing jail time. How many crimes will he commit to stop the investigation? Intimidate the journalists? Destroy evidence? Plant false evidence? Get Bush to perjure himself? Perhaps even a wag the dog? Remember, Watergate was about the cover-up, not the burglary.
