Venezuela the backup plan if Iran attack plan is stymied?
OK... I'm trying to figure out the evil plans of the Bush regime... that is, their latest damnable plans to preserve our oil economy by force.

It's becoming increasingly clear that their Iran attack plans are being increasingly stymied by not only anti-war activists and the American people turning against the Iraq war, but also conservative commentators such as Pat Buchanan coming out against the idea (with very good reasoning I might add).

Pat Robertson's recent call for the assassination of Hugo Chavex, at first, didn't click, but once I did some research into the coming Iranian oil bourse that will lead to much more oil transactions being conducted in petroeuros rather than petrodollars, it made me realize the possibility: If Bush can't attack Iran, he'll hit Venezuela.

Just watch as the U.S. government continues building up the case to attack either, and attack the country where they see the case "sticking" just enough for them to think they'll get away with it.

I just figure Iran was the big rage in secret government circles because until recently, the Bush regime thought they would have an easy ride toward an Iran war. But recent events, such as the Downing Street memo, poor armed forces recruiting results, Cindy Sheehan, paleoconservative opposition (not to mention increasingly fierce opposition from progressives and moderates), the MSM turning around and mentioning "tipping point", and Bush's toilet-level popularity have all but nixed an overt attack on Iran.

So then we wonder why, from out of the blue, Robertson talks about taking out Chavez.

Considering how closely Robertson plays a part in Bush regime policy discussions, his recent flare-up may be telling. Telling us of Bush's true near-term warmongering intentions.

2. I suspect the SCO are telling Bush something behind the scenes...
For instance, that if they pull another Iraq, the SCO will attack.

I just don't want Bushler to attack people for oil or whatever. Whatever happens to us, the killing is wrong.

3. Maybe Robertson's mission is to make Bush look like a
moderate.

If anybody could pull off such a thing...

4. I think its called, "Plan 'B'"

You see, it really IS a PROBLEM for THEM because, if they do not control the middle east, THEY DO NOT CONTROL THE OIL MARKET. And if they do not control that, then their wealth and their hegemony will go to those who DO.

Their ace in the whole is ALWAYS their WMD. They can always threaten to use them under the pretense of fighting a war on ________________ fill in the blank, now, with whatever you wish. Might just as well become "liberalism." From a political view point it already has.

5. You need to bear in mind that their ORIGINAL plan....
....was to use military force to control the ENTIRE WORLD.

The PNAC idea was that the USA would establish
a GLOBAL empire; all nations would bow down to us
and hand over their valuables.

But even in the first stage, their idiotic "Pinky/Brain" nonsense
has gone so badly...
that I don't think your term "backup plan" even applies.

IRAQ should make it clear enough
that B*shCabalInc.™ does NOT have a "backup plan"!

At this point, they are in disarray, their plans are in shambles.
And the BRAINS of the operation are too busy counting
their 3 Million/hour PROFIT$ to return their phone calls.

Their next move will be an act of DESPERATION,
so there is really no way that we can use LOGIC to predict it.
Their "next move" will be no more than a wounded animal lashing out.

Certainly, Hugo Chavez is a likely target.
He knows it,
he has told his nation to be ready for it,
AND: He's bought a 1.2 billion insurance policy.

NOT 1.2 billion DOLLARS....1.2 billion PEOPLE.
He's made strong ties with CHINA for his oil;
invading Venezuela now would mean WAR with China.

And China can destroy us just by DUMPING its share of our IOUs!

7. As an extension of your thesis, I don't think they have plans.
They have daydreams or fantasies based upon their desires rather than reality.

I have recently read that excessive daydreaming may be a precursor to dementia.
