Just watched last night's Daily Show again. Hitchins was DEFINITELY high!

Just watched last night's Daily Show again. Hitchins was DEFINITELY high!
There is no way that Christopher Hitchins wasn't wasted off his ass on something.

Even Rush Limbaugh was more coherent on Oxycontin.

Maybe he was awake all night with anxiety over appearing on the show.

Maybe he's getting chemotherapy, and he's wiped-out by that.

Whatever it was, something was wrong with the guy.

WTF??

1. I think you're mud racking.
I've seen sloshed before. It was Dick Armey on with Chris Matthews, and even Matthews was shocked.

Hitchens was very focused in the beginning of that interview. He was there to push his own opinion on Iraq and he came across to me as half neo-con and half paid pundit. He was very conscious of the applause that Stewart got, and when it was obvious that Stewart was getting the upper hand, he asked that the subject be changed.

He wasn't drunk, he was outplayed sober.
