Iraqi Constitution w/o Sunnis signing off is History =Means Civil War
There is no way the three groups will agree on a Constitution, even with the Bush Administration writing it for them, and that means fighting among themselves -- all out civil war.

Kurds + Shia cannot trump Sunnis, and all want more than they can each get.

Soon we will be standing around to provide training and target practice, and the real fighting will be between and within these groups. Just pure chaos and all out destruction.

Shias were already fighting each other yesterday. The US established government has no chance of surviving or defending itself. They have already embezzled most of the taxpayer money we made available to them, with nothing to show for it. They are just waiting for us to leave.
