AAR used to show the written preview for each show fairly well in advance but since they changed their format, you only get to see that once the show goes live.

What I do so I can tease myself about whatever Mike's themes will be is to go to www.mikemalloy.com, usually after 2 pm EST. If you look to the right of the page and scroll down a bit, you'll find what used to be on AAR - his promo. And it will let you know when he's out. Today's was simply an announcement that he has a cold and expects to be back on Monday.
