Brett Easton Ellis mentions GW and Jeb Bush...re: partying |
|
If you recall, Brett Easton Ellis is the guy who wrote Less than Zero and American Psycho.
I'm reading Ellis' new book, Lunar Park, which is mostly autobiographical. He's talking about when he became famous and was partying like crazy with celebrities and socialites. He drops that he was invited to the White House by GW and Jeb in 1989 -- and in the next sentence says that he didn't bother hanging out with anyone unless they had at least an eight-ball of coke.
Cracked me up.

...for an eight ball of coke. I'm sure he could sniff the whole thing down with one nostril tied behind his back.

it's been rumored that cocaine was Jeb's drug of choice. Apparently him and his partner Armando Codina used to be quite the snorters.
