I was at a gas station the other day, and there was a young guy at the adjacent pump. Typical pickup with Confederate flags and W stickers pasted all over. After he started harrassing some young girls with Kerry/Edwards stickers on their car, I recalled reading the following line here at DU and used it on him: "Sorry for your disability." Of course, his response was "Huh????" "You must have a disability of some sort that's keeping you out of the military. If you support the troops, as a proud young republican you should help our troops out and take someone's place."

lolol.....oooooh, the look on his face was priceless. But it didn't end there.

As he was trying to absorb what I said, a truck full of Mexican workers pulled up to the mini mart. He started ranting (to himself, I suppose) about how if you can't speak English, you don't need to be here.

I couldn't resist.....now I'm not anal about grammar and such, so you could probably pick apart my writing. But still......

I said, "I agree. English should be the primary language here in the US. Which is exactly why I don't understand why so many of you Bush supporters don't learn to speak and write English yourselves. Maybe if you read more......oops, silly me."
