It's not rocket science to figure out these Pro-War fanatics
Their signs, actions and demeanor say it all.
They HATE. They listen to HATE via Rush and O'Lielly.
They support a regime that spreads HATE.
To expect anything different would be silly of us, because HATE is what they do best.
That is why they can't comprehend peace and love and why those two things matter. Cindy Sheehan is the antithesis of them.
Therefore, they HATE her.
I'm not sure, but I don't think that HATE appears in the Bible very many times.

1. They're just like Bush** and the Neocons
No tolerance for anyone who disagrees with them. It's their way or you can flippin' get out of their country.

More than anything, they prove themselves to be anti-democracy.

2. And that's from the...
"pro-family" "what are we going to tell the children" crowd.

3. The only thing I can equate the hateful right to is
the disgraceful opposition to civil rights in the sixties. It was the only time in my life that the other side was to me inherently evil. We overcame much of that, but some of the ignorance behind it was truly invincible. Bush hasn't united the country but he has certainly made our fundamental differences crystal clear.

4. Funny how they took refuge in 'churches' too.

Astonishing hypocrisy and deceit.

I've heard the same, tired, false, bible-thumping bullshit too many times to count at my age. The 'proof-texters' have defended slavery, segregation, homophobia, greed, spousal beatings, child beatings, capital punishment and a host of other evils by harvesting misinterpreted quotes taken out of all context for centuries. How they can ignore the message of love that comes out so clearly is just beyond me. They're just not sane.

5. They're xenophobes and truly consider themselves better than everyone
Conservatism is a stunted thought process: it hotly claims that its way of life is the only valid one, when it's almost always coming from ignorance. Fear of and disgust with difference is its core.

This is its downfall, too, because the cocksure blustering ignoramuses go into incredibly complex places like Iraq with simplistic solutions based on absolutely no knowledge at all.

Never underestimate the vehemence of scared egomaniacs, though; they will have huge families and program as many of their children as they can. They will actively marginalize all competition with any tactics at their fingertips, including intimidation and violence.

The tragic truth about the human creature is that our dark side may very well outweigh our light side, and as life gets more complex with more people fighting for dwindling resources, people will cling to fundamentalism and intolerant political beliefs.

6. Why do they hate, though? Is it possible, that for some people certain
things are beyond comprehension, and knowing that something is not right, a scapegoat must be created? Remember the "no more french fries", the dumping of french wines etc.
Childish actions.
Or is it a phenomenon of "I am always right", how dare you challenge me -type of thing?
Blind faith, so any opposing view must come from satan?
Hate is an emotion that surely backfires on the hater. It is certainly the opposite of "forgive", so it goes against Christian teachings I presume.

7. HATE so strong and all-encompassing can only have ONE source:
SELF-hatred.

They display all the common, easily-recognized symptoms
of a standard "inferiority complex".

Self-loathing,
Agressive overcompensation,
and above all: PROJECTION.
They don't LIKE themselves, and they see themselves REFLECTED in everyone else.

Haven't you wondered why they SCREAM and ACCUSE
everyone else of doing EXACTLY what they are obviously doing?
PROJECTION!
They don't really see the REAL world;
they only see it dimly through a MIRROR!

The biggest problem at the moment:
They are being ENCOURAGED.
The social climate being not-so-subtly fostered
by the various tentacles of BushCabalInc.™ is FEEDING
these folks WORST tendancies,
and it is beginning to take it's toll.

In ORWELL's "1984", the masses enjoyed a daily "5-minute hate"...
and it helped control them.
But here in the REAL year 2005, the FReepers have been
OVERDOSED with a 3-HOUR HATE for years (Limbaugh, for starters)

HATE is a potent drug...it floods the brain with
chemicals that cannot be obtained from any street drug.
Chemicals that only the BRAIN can make.

And a regular, daily OVERDOSE of those compounds
will eventually "burn out" the brain's higher functions
as surely as PCP or Crack.

They are ADDICTED to sweet, clean-burning "Righteous Outrage";
and they are SLAVES to their addiction.

They need HATE like a Crackhead needs ROCKS!

8. They HATE...and they FEAR.
They hate anything that does not conform to their narrow ways of thinking, and they fear anything that threatens the little world they live in.

The repubes know what buttons to push with these freakin' idiots...they rile them up to hate the liberals so much that they almost(?) seem brain washed. They do not listen to logic of any kind, and follow along with whatever they are told.

It truly is frightening to watch and listen to these ignorant people.
