Claiming Joe Wilson is a partisan Democrat just proves a motive for the
Bush Administration to do what they did.

Agree?

2. It was funny yesterday
when I was watching a local newscast about the story. For Wilson, all they showed was the back of his head shaking hands with Clinton. You never did see his face, as if showing him with Clinton was their way of saying "'nuff said"

Joe Wilson's support for Kerry are more than coincidence? The BBC is reporting a surge in civil service insiders moving to support Kerry. The link is in P&C.

4. Rove: You stand in our way and you're "fair game"
This is such a typical quote from Rove. He and Bush share this no-holds-barred idea of politics as a ruthless game. An attitude not of a real player but of a fanatic fan who can only envy the kind of true sportsmanship they could never attain.

7. Bush is as guilty as Rove, I'm certain.
They've been playing dirty tricks together for three decades when they palled around with Lee Atwater. I doubt Bush has removed himself from the joy they get from performing acts of cruelty.

5. Ken Starr was politically motivated,
as were all of the "Clinton Haters" who stepped forward with bizarre stories and claimed to be witnesses to Clinton wrongdoing. Yet the GOP and the Right had no problem with that. Now Wilson's wife is outed, and the GOP response is, well he was partisan.

6. It's so transparent
Whenever these one-trick ponies get caught with their hands in the cookie jar they try to deflect attention by crying " partisanship." It's so silly and they shouldn't be allowed to get away with such immature, weasel-like behavior. If I ran over my neighbor's wife then whined to the judge that - well, well - her husband was a partisan Republican, how far would I get? It's got nothing to do with the price of tea in China or anything else!
