You Better Stop for US Troops in Baghdad or you are DEAD.....
This is so sad.... :(

An Iraqi boy runs past a car as firemen extinguish the fire, in Baghdad, Sunday, Aug. 28, 2005. An American patrol opened fire on a civilian, who was driving the car near the Um-Al-Quraa mosque, for not respecting the patrol sign, killing him and causing the car to burn, Major Mousa Abdul Karim from Al-ghazalyaa police said. Troops kill Iraqi couple in front of children

An Iraqi man and his wife have been shot dead in front of their five children by US soldiers who fired on the car in which the family was travelling.

The children survived but emerged from the car spattered with blood, screaming and traumatised. The soldiers tended to them and brought them to hospital.

The incident happened in Tal Afar, near Mosul, in northern Iraq, late on Tuesday.

According to the US military, soldiers with the 1st Battalion, 5th Infantry Stryker Brigade Combat Team of the 25th Infantry Division out of Fort Lewis, Washington, fired on the car when it failed to stop and came towards soldiers, despite warning shots, during a dusk patrol.

7. I remember it very well
those poor babies. :(

I just want folks to remember that the carnage continues daily.

BTW, the fellow that took those photos was on fresh Air the other day. It was a very interesting interview.

this kind of brutality. If it weren't for them, the troops would not be there in the first place, and if it weren't for their 'crusade' the people of Iraq would not be seen as less than human and therefore so easily expendible.
The blame lies 100% with Bush and his cronies! Blood for oil does not mean only American blood.

4. It's not that they see
them as less than human. They don't know who the enemy is,it can be anyone. Thus when you're 19 years old and do not want to die you make mistakes,it's self preservation.

Fighting for your life, against people you cannot see.
Right, this is NOT another Viet Nam.
It is a tragedy. Thank you, George Bush.
