The recent "developments" in Kansas (not-so-intelligent designing) and Bush speaking up on the issue got me thinking.
The reason Bush is President was by a process of "Un-natural Selection".

seriously, homer j simpson (the nuclear powerplant technician) could easily win an election, so debased and illogical has the political class made the running of the country....the pigmedia CAREFULLY ignores vast swaths of public opinion, in effect disenfranchising tens of millions, in order to satisfy the greediest...homer simpson would do less damage to the nat. interest then the hopped up goofballs featured in all earnestness on fox'news' cnn and the rest of the mediawhores
