The Hurricanes hate our FREEDOM.
These violent storms are not the result of global warming. In fact no one in this administration had any idea that storms could be used as weapons despite a recent PDB entitled "Katrina determined to strike in the U.S."

Intelligence suggests that the source of many of these hurricanes is somewhere off the coast of Africa, so the first step in wining the Global Struggle against natural disasters (GSAND) will be regime change in Nigeria. Please disregard the fact that Nigeria produces oil. It's totally a complete co-inky-dink. In fact NOTHING could be further from our minds than oil. Perish the thought.

To the Nigerian people: We are coming as liberators. Please remember to have your flowers and candy ready for throwing and please, please, please, (we cannot stress this enough) remember NOT to destroy any oil wells, pumps, piplines or any other oil related facilities. Also try to keep in mind that this honestly is NOT about oil. It's really, really, really, (no foolin' this time) about those evil hurricanes and the God-less dictators that support them (who ALSO hate our freedom). We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause (please excuse our mess!)

...in that foetid gutter of pacifism, of all fucking places, and on behalf of that wretched nationality, of all fucking nationalities of the world...

...But it seems He hates the American South?

What will Pat Robertson say?!?!
"..you know maybe if this "God person" thinks we're out to assassinate him then we should just go ahead and do it... I don't know about this assassination doctrine thing, but it seems like it would be a better way to deal with a Dictator of the Universe who has it in, meterologically speaking, for the American South than starting another 250 billion dollar war to get rid of him..."

4. It just goes to show you
that the expenditure in resources and blood to fight the mythical "war on terror" and especially by attacking a country who did not harm us and was not a threat to us is ludicrous indeed!

A hurricane with the power of Katrina (or Andrews or Camille) can do basically what a terrorist attack can do. It can kill people and destroy property and disrupt services, etc. The sad thing is, the National Guard is over in Iraq, fighting a war that's NOT going to make anybody safe when they are needed HERE to help with the aftermath of what is may happen with this storm.

I like your post, leeroysphits. Well said!

6. Those radical commies, the Weathermen, are responsible!
The Weathermen, also known as the Weather Underground Organization, were a US-based, self-described "revolutionary organization of communist women and men" formed by splintered-off members and leaders of the Students for a Democratic Society (SDS). The group, together with two small Maoist groups, was originally known as the Revolutionary Youth Movement. When they split—first from the Maoists, and then from SDS itself—Weathermen advocated the overthrow of the government of the United States and the system of capitalism; toward that end, they carried out a campaign of bombings, jailbreaks, and riots. The Weathermen were active from 1969 to 1976.

10. You're right.
Conservatives see the savagery of hurricanes and prepare for war. Liberals see the savagery of the hurricanes and other storms and want to prepare indictments and offer therapy and understanding for them.

13. It's the radical hurricanic IDEOLOGY of hate, not the hurricanes _per se_
Hurricanes are taught to hate our free drums. We being a peace loving people don't want to stamp out hurricanes for their sheer cyclonic existence. We don't desire a holocaust of hurricanes... but we MUST strangle the growth of radical hurricanism all the same in the name Reason and Air Conditioning and Humvees and all that is Holy.

We are disembowling, beheading, igniting liquefying and vaporizing them THERE so we don't have inclement weather and standing puddles of water HERE.

We are not anti-Hurricane and neither are we Pro-War; we are simply pro Sunshine.

15. They all look peaceful right before they explode their backpack bombs
so how are our troops to know the difference at a glance?
Sure they look peaceful--the crazy fucks all think they're getting 72 virgins in heaven right after they pull the cork.

No, the only good hurricane is a dead hurricane. Waste them all with Silver Iodide and let Al Roker sort 'em out.
