Ya think Katrina qualifies? Think about it. Gas is at 3 to 4 dollars a gallon after Katrina. NOLA is devastated, the economy worsens. Will he open the reserves? Probably not. He'll invade Venezuela and Iran.

4. Nope - his oil buddies stand to make WAY too much money on any
shortages caused by Katrina. Remember "some call you the haves, I call you my base" Bush gets his juice (political $) from these folks.
