Seems like the MSM is going to have the upmost sympathy for the idiots
who were able to evacuate but who refused to leave.

2. Not everyone can afford ....
...to just pack up a few things and haul their families out of there. I know I couldn't. It costs money to drive, eat, find shelter etc...and not everyone has it.

4. Some people do not know what it is like to be poor.
I remember it well and if someone told me I had to get to a shelter far from my home, bring food and water for 3-5 days, my children, etc. and I had no car, money or enough food, I would probably resign myself to staying put, too. Maybe some of the wealthy bastards that rode out of town in their cars with only one or two people in it should have went to a poor neighborhood and picked up someone less fortunate. Where are all of the Christian Compassionate Repugs when you need them?

6. What percentage of the coverage is devoted to them?
Even "idiots" deserve sympathy. They are learning a hard lesson--let's hope they live long enough to benefit from their new knowledge.

7. Yes, they deserve to learn a hard lesson but not at the expense of
someone else's life trying to rescue them.
