WDSU: Hancock County Emerg. Command Center has collapsed
It "appears" that the 35 workers staffing the center had escaped building but there is no contact with them.

Also Jefferson County Emergency Command Center had to be evacuated.

This is all as reported by emergency officials on WDSU
