that would shut novak up because he couldn't discuss the case and also get him under oath.
i don't know if anyone has suggested this as there are so many posts on this subject. if so, my apologies.

theoretically, by blowing her cover and thus exploding the network, there is a big whole in intelligence regarding the flow of WMDs - specifically, I believe, related to nukes. Thus in the years it takes to rebuild such a web of networks to get that information - our government has less information and thus less ability to try to prevent related weapons from falling into terrorist hands. Isn't that why we were told we had to go to war? THat Saddam could give WMDs to terrorists - "remember 911"?
Thus Novak just may have made it easier for WMDs (nukes?) to fall into the hands of terrorists - who could use them against us.
Too bad we can't file a class action suit against him.

5. You are forgetting who fed novak the information in the first place. |

Save your energy for those scumbags in the whitehouse. They are far worse.

anybody can sue anybody.
Whether one can WIN is another question.
I doubt she'll have grounds. He didn't commit libel, and the responsibility to protect her identity lies with the government, NOT with Novak.

Did Novak lie about her? If she really was CIA, and he told the truth about it, then he's OK, since truth is an absolute defense for libel.
