5. Did this mean all the way underwater?
Crap! I've had my home flooded before when I lived in Houston, but not completely submerged. I'm not sure how much of the structure would he salvageable (if any) after that.

13. If it's a Parish (instead of a county) I assume it's in Lousiansa
But I invite any Gulf Coast DUers to slap me on the head with wet wreckage if I'm wrong.

This is looking extremely ugly, the happy happy joy joy stock market and the happy happy joy joy talking heads notwithstanding.
