administration that are under indictment for violating the merit system in hiring for the state Kentucky, Equated it to kanoodling (catching fish by your hands - and kanoodling season ends in Kentucky tomorrow at sundown - and is a misdemeanor.)
He is doing it for the "higher" good of Kentucky. So that the repubs can get back to raping and pillaging the state without having to answer to any laws. Just another day in RepublicanWorld.
These guys are shameless.

Just like Mayor West in Spokane, and that dude who ran for governor in Washington State, there is nothing more important to a member of the GOP than holding power.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x2044243WLKY just cut off the rest...thankfully. Even John Boel (Mr. I'm afraid of gays because I secretly want to be) sounded disgusted.

4. What is even funnier - he admits his administration committed the |
|
crimes. HE just doesn't think they are important enough for anyone to answer for.
Governor insisted that news conference held in Capitol Rotunda with Repug supporters yelling and clapping. Fletcher took a page from ol' Rove's book - made sure he didn't appear a preapproved group.
Did I mention I hate these people?

10. My question is, does the amnesty include crimes committed today? |
|
Because I can see someone saying, hey, the law was vague, people got out of hand, we've been warned, and we made changes AS SOON AS THE AG TOLD US WHAT WE WERE DOING WAS ILLEGAL.
But if the amnesty goes one day beyond the first news of the investigation, then it is simply making sure that KY got as much patronage in as possible and as many repugs in place before it said "time's in".
