one person, a young woman, to come down through a hole in the ceiling/roof, take the life preserver and get over to them so they can put her in their boat.
Her grandmother is still up there -
We need every single National Guardsman and Guardswoman on this scene asap. It takes a team of people just to work with one rescue, one house like this.
Plus we need boats boats boats - corporatists need to donate the boats they make to this rescue, now!
adding on edit - but I just realized, this video was shot in daylight. I don't think they can be going out in the dark. It is heart-rending to think of the people stranded tonight.
