On Larry King some idiot from PA wanted to know if the people "choosing" to remain behind could be fined for having to be rescued.
They are refuges. It's what happens in a disaster. It can and does happen in America. Always seems the attitude is that America is somehow too great for refuges. But when you preach a dog eat dog world and every man for himself...then expect the worst of human nature to make things that much worse for those in need.
I'm just ranting. Sorry.
