A way that DUers can prepare to help

As summer winds down in the northern part of the country, I'll soon be going through my semi-annual closet cleaning ritual and removing summer clothes that I haven't worn all summer.

It will be a few months before people in the deep South will need anything other than summer clothes, and eventually the Red Cross and other charitable organizations will be putting out calls for donated clothing.

Let's all set aside some unused but still wearable summer clothes and have them ready for when charitable organizations ask for clothing donations for hurricane survivors.
