BREAKING: Bush's first post-Katrina staffing decision. |

President Bush has made a significant appointment to his White House Staff that is expected to provide the funds needed for recovery from Katrina's devastation.
Steve the Morgan Stanley Guy is now Counselor to The President. Bush said: "Steve will be my right hand man and will be doing the investment stuff.... you know, ta git some money ta, you know do the rebuildin stuff."
White House sources said the appointment ".... was an unusual one, but this President has made bold decisions before. The President was feeling like he could make some really crisp decisions after his 5 week vacation."
Asked if they could provide Steve's full name and background information, the sources said that information was being efforted.
A spokesperson for Morgan Stanley said: "No comment."
