This guy has a live cam and a blog from NO
He's on the 10th floor of a 27 floor building located on 650 Poydras. He is updating from Directnic.com's data center. Been there for 3 days now. Some interesting stuff on his blog.

Says there are 60 NOPD guys on the 18th floor. I wonder what they are doing there...
