My daughter is a member of the Civil Air Patrol (an auxilliary of the USAF)...this is what they do best. Kudos to the adults and kids doing what they can to help out:

Three of mine were CAPers - one was Cadet Commander of his squadron. Those kids are well-trained and do a lot of good in times like these.
