Edited on Tue Aug-30-05 06:04 PM by Stephanie

I apologize for this thread - it's just appalling. But the world should see him for what he is.

31. Welcome, GretchenRed. Watching our "leader" for the last day
and a half, you're going to find us here at DU in real pissy moods. I can't believe the gall of this man; to be golfing and attending a fundraiser when he should be at least showing he's TRYING to help the people in the South, is beyond arrogance. A total asshole. But welcome and hope you're as angry as we are.

3. I can't believe he gave another Aircraft Carrier speech.
Well, he was not aactually ON the carrier, but it was a prominent background prop.

And we all know what happened the last time he tried that stunt. How many of our soldiers killed in Iraq since then? 1600 or so, i believe.

That pretty much sums him up.

9. What is that permanent smile doing on Laura's face. ...
why did they have to be at the Naval base for a ceremony that could have done without him. Comparing Iraq to WWII is like comparing apples to oranges. bush is useless except when it comes to having photo opportunities.

Laura, do you have no common sense in you? That husband of yours is parading himself like a turd on a stick. He better start pretending he is doing something about the human suffering in the South. Basturd.

It's the idiot freeper bush zombies that refuse to see the real George W. Bush. However a whole lot of them are fixin' to get thumped by his 'compassionate conservatism' in the coming days, weeks and months.
