2. I was in the LA area in '94, in the aftermath of the Northridge quake

Clinton showed himself early on. Other than a morale booster, I don't know what he specifically accomplished, but it WAS a morale booster. Northridge was a walk in the park compared to Katrina. I can not understand why Bush doesn't just show himself. Its calloused, its crazy. He flys to San Diego, like there was no problem anywhere? I don't see even how repukes can stomach this.
