military truck speeding down side street

So I'm sitting here at home(Harrison Township, Michigan) which is just a few minutes from selfridge ANG... some military base...

I heard kids scream, which is normal at this time a day, but also a loud truck horn. Luckily no body got hit, but when i jumped to the window and opened the blinds all I could see was the cargo part of the truck. I saw two dumptruck like containers, gray with the words United States on it, so im thinking it was military. This guy was going pretty fast down a residential side street. so much for protecting the citizens. sense the whole 19 years ive lived here the only problems is the occasional fly over of military aircraft. But thats not as annoying as a truck barreling down the road that children play on.

1. Report it to the base

Call the Military Police and they will figure out via the motorpool who was driving what when. That kind of shit won't be tolerated. Ask them to update you and if they don't call back and ask for someone higher up. The 'Forces don't need jackasses giving them a black eye like that locally; they, of course, have Bush* and Rummy to do it for them world-wide.
