Corporations could be spared from Katrina victims going bankrupt. |

Most of the provisions of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005 that * signed, take effect for bankruptcies filed after October 17, 2005.
It's unlikely Katrina victims will be able to file for bankruptcy before the deadline. :mad:
