Where's the money going to come from?
Edited on Tue Aug-30-05 07:17 PM by CatWoman
Where?

So far we have pissed away, what, $300 billion in Iraq?

I saw an estimate of $30 billion to rebuild Louisiana.

For the money we have wasted in Iraq, we could rebuild 10 cities.

Again: where's the money going to come from?

6. I think 30 billion is way too low
No, I have no earthly idea of how to guage monetary damage. But they released this 30bn figure earlier today, and I don't think this accounted for what will sureley be the almost total destruction of New Orleans.

How will they pay for it? No idea, but you can bet * will shaft the residents of Louisiana and Mississippi just like he did the residents of New York.

9. Maybe China. the Mideast and European countries will loan us some more
of course, we have been pissing them off when our VP and congressmembers want to nuke everyone and we are a credit risk since we are carrying so much debt: $24k-plus for every man, woman, and child in the US.

I would not be surprised if the international community says that George and the people who elected him can just f*** off.
